Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who are experienced, reliable, and passionate about carpentry. Don’t worry if you’re just starting out—as long as you’re committed to learning and pushing boundaries, we want to hear from you.

Preferred (Not Mandatory) Criteria:

Trade qualification in carpentry or joinery (Australian or overseas)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the trade
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience across both residential and commercial carpentry
Strong communication and time management skills
Own tools, transport, and PPE preferred (can be provided if needed)
